We’re Now Using the GCX Support Portal

GCX has launched a new support experience at https://support.gcx.com. This is now our primary support portal for customers.

Through the GCX Support Portal you can:

• Search our knowledge base for product information and troubleshooting guides
• Submit new support tickets directly to our team
• Check the status of existing tickets in one place
• View product manuals and other helpful resources

Getting Started

1. Go to https://support.gcx.com
2. Click “Login” or “Sign up”
3. Use your business email address to create an account (if you don’t already have one)
4. Once signed in, you can open new tickets or review existing ones

If you have any issues accessing the portal or need assistance, you can still reach us using your usual support contact methods, and our team will help you get set up.
